Grouting Equipment
Three high performance REED M40 compaction grout pumps and four pressure grout units handle cement and thick grout work used for soil modification, slab lifting and shotcrete. A full complement of coring, drilling, augering and casing equipment is available. An integrated high capacity colloidal mixing and pumping unit is available for high volume cement based production jobs. Cellular and light weight concrete capabilities exist. |

Drilling & Other Equipment
Seven highly mobile drill units are capable of drilling or augering from beyond horizontal to vertical for grout casings, soil nails, anchors or cast in place piles. Two of the units are crawler mounted Interoc 91A and 92A drills capable of percussion, rotary, or a combination of modes for drilling or augering in rock, soil or mixed debris. Three other units are designed to work off high lift and track hoe equipment; one a TEI-300 high capacity rotary hammer; the two others, high torque Cannon drills. A highly mobile and lightweight casing advancer system is available.
Unitized jacking capabilities includes eight centrally controlled jacks to differentially lift settled structures.
We have the necessary equipment to install Atlas Piers for foundation support under settled structures. For this we have developed our own hydraulic system for pier installation that allows us to lift many piers at once, significantly increasing production on large projects. |
