POST - CONSTRUCTION VIDEOTAPING OF INTERCEPTOR SEWER
PART 1 - GENERAL
1.01 SECTION INCLUDES
Post - construction videotaping of 102-inch internal diameter interceptor sewer.
1.02 VIDEOTAPING OF SEWER
A. Videotaping to be provided by a firm with at least three (3) years experience acceptable to Engineer.
B. Videotaping shall be performed so that the stations of the sewer are noted at a maximum of 502 foot intervals.
C. Videotaping of the points where each diversion structure connects to the interceptor sewer shall be performed.
D. The Contractor shall submit two (2) color video tapes of VHS format, T-120. Only the aforementioned type of tape will be accepted. Each tape shall be permanently labeled with the following information before submitting said tapes:
1. Name of Project
2. Location
3. Date Televised
4. Date Tape Submitted
5. Name of Contractor
E. The tapes will become the property of the Owner. If the tapes are of such poor quality that the Engineer is unable to evaluate the condition of sewer, the Contractor shall be required to re-televise the sewer and provide a tape of good quality at no additional cost to the Owner.
