General Description:

Maintain and promote a safe work environment. Organize materials, tools and equipment for construction projects with a crew of 5-7. Perform soil stabilization projects using drills, grout plants, compressors, fork lifts, loaders, cutting torches, welders, etc… Follow instructions, provide input and improvise to achieve quality, quantity and timeliness goals. Communicate with co-workers to foster good relations.

Priority I: Perform Soil Stabilization Projects

  • Maintain and promote safe work environment
  • Mobilize – prepare/pack tools, materials and equipment for transportation from warehouse.
  • Set-up jobsite for work/Clean-up jobsite after job complete.
  • Operate and oversee the operation of hand tools, power tools and equipment to implement work plan.
  • De-mobilize – clean-up jobsite. Gather tools, materials and equipment and pack for transportation.
  • Un-pack tools, materials and equipment and re-stock into warehouse.

Priority II: Complete Training and Assist with Training Other Employees

Complete employee training to improve performance and to expand competencies. Assist with training personnel (safety, operational).

Priority III: Assist with Planning and Communication

Help develop work plans and contingency plans. Implement contingency plans when appropriate. Communicate tactfully with co-workers to achieve company goals and promote good relations.

Lead Driller(Driver’s license required/ Health card preferred)

General Description:

Responsible for drilling holes, monitoring condition of holes, producing quality product (clean holes, clean cased holes) and conserving equipment in the process. Lead crews in the operation of and care for drilling equipment including top-hammer & duplex with casing systems. Cooperate with others to achieve company goals. Show respect for company property. Be reliable, on-time, and have a good work ethic. Listen, understand and follow instructions. Occasionally requires strenuous physical labor. Work outdoors year-round, sometimes in extreme conditions. This position reports to the Superintendent. Rembco is a Drug Free Workplace.

The procurement specialist is responsible for initiating and organizing material purchases, construction equipment rentals, arranging internal resource and equipment transportation, ensuring purchases are consistent with project budgets and quality expectations, and maintaining relationships with trade partners.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to procure material and equipment rentals from appropriate partners to ensure projects mobilize ready to construct
  • Setup ready mix schedules, including submitting mix designs
  • Monitor purchases for budget compliance compared to the initial proposal
  • Plan procurement to the construction timeline, ensuring that material deliveries, equipment rental agreements, and mobilizations are on-track
  • Organize internal equipment mobilization with third party trucking agencies
  • Maintain relationships with trade partners and suppliers to source quality materials at the best value with favorable terms

We are searching for an Associate Project Manager to assist with planning and coordinating all activities associated with the overall execution of the project from RFP to Close-Out. The Associate PM supports backlog, scheduling, planning, submittals, supplier and subcontractor buyout and coordination, change orders, project closeout, and final project profitability. You make it happen with our customers and suppliers.

Your Role:

  • Assist PMs with the RFP pipeline and proposal process on a per project basis from pursuit to contract execution; support bidding volume and active contract backlog to meet revenue goals
  • Coordinate vendor and subcontractor resources. Learn to identify and obtain construction materials, supplies, internal and external equipment needs prior to startup
  • Monitor project performance in order to eliminate risk and to achieve technical excellence, safety and engineering standards, on time completion, and target profits
  • Participate in the pay application process, helping to ensure project positive cash flow. Identify and process change requests in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide support to superintendents and project managers, maintain jobsite quality control and safety, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Report on all aspects of the project to the Project Managers. Maintain complete and accurate project documentation. Assist in the preparation of regular forecast updates and cost analysis
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and establish process documentation
